On December 21 Rosneft signed two loan agreements with a group of international banks for the total amount of U.S. $16.8 billion to finance the acquisition of 50% stake in TNK-BP from BP.
On 21 December 2012 Rosneft agreed heads of terms for long-term crude supply contracts with Glencore International plc (‘Glencore’) and Vitol, two of the world’s leading trading companies.
Rosneft today signed in Munich at 7:45 AM local time an agreement to purchase from the AAR Consortium (Alfa Group, Access Industries and Renova) its 50% stake in TNK-BP.
An extraordinary general meeting of Rosneft shareholders was held in Khabarovsk on November 30. The meeting was attended by holders of 97.6% of shares in the Company.
